  • Day 0: DEPART FROM DELHI/GURUGRAM – OVERNIGHT JOURNEY
  • Day 1: : REACH UDAIPUR | LOCAL SIGHTSEEING
  • Day 2: FATEH SAGAR LAKE | MONSOON PALACE | BAHUBALI
    HILLS
  • Day 3: KUMBHALGARH FORT | DEPART FOR DELHI
  • Day 4 : REACH DELHI BY MORNING 06:00 AM (TENTATIVELY)

DAY 0. DEPARTURE TO UDAIPUR | OVERNIGHT JOURNEY

  • Departure Location – Delhi / Gurugram Departure Time – 08:00 PM.
  • Meet the team captain at Departure Location and get a TOUR briefing.
  • After which, we’ll head out on an overnight journey to udaipur.

 DAY 1. REACH UDAIPUR | LOCAL SIGHTSEEING

  • Reach Udaipur, and check in at hotel. Relax, freshen up at the hotel.
  • Post this, leave for Udaipur sightseeing.
  • Today we will visit Lake pichola,City Palace, Ghangaur ghat, Jag Mandir(via boat ride, if time permits & at own expense) & Jagdish Temple.
  • Reach back to the hotel. Dinner will be served.
  • Overnight stay at hotel.

DAY 2.FATEH SAGAR LAKE | MONSOON PALACE | BAHUBALI HILLS

  • After a delicious breakfast, leave for Explore Fateh Sagar Lake-Enjoy the peaceful waters and surrounding views,Optional boat ride available (at personal cost).
  • Monsoon Palace (Sajjangarh Fort)-Hilltop royal palace offering panoramic views of Udaipur and Aravalli Hills and Great spot for photography and sunset views.
  • Badi Lake-Ideal for peaceful moments and nature lovers.
  • Bahubali Hills-A short hike leads to a famous viewpoint near Badi Lake.
  • Reach back to the hotel. Dinner will be served. Overnight stay at the hotel.

DAY 3.KUMBHALGARH FORT & DEPARTURE

  • Wake up in the morning.
  • Have your breakfast & check out from the hotel.
  • Post this, leave for the famous Kumbhalgarh Fort.
  • Kumbhalgarh Fort – one of the most beautiful forts in Rajasthan and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
  • The walls of the fort extend over 38 km and is the second longest wall after the Great Wall of China.
  • Departure from Kumbhalgarh by evening.
  • Overnight journey to Gurugram

DAY 4.RETURN BACK TO GURUGRAM

  • Reach Gurugram in Early Morning with Loads of Memories.

  • By Air: The nearest airport is Maharana Pratap Airport (Udaipur), well-connected with Delhi. Flight time is around 1.5 hours, and the airport is 22 km from the city center.
  • By Train: Take a train from Delhi to Udaipur City Railway Station. Travel time is about 11–12 hours.
  • By Bus: Regular Volvo and sleeper buses run from Gurugram/Delhi to Udaipur. Travel time is around 10–12 hours.
  • The advance amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Full Payment of the trip cost must be made While boarding.
  • Pending Payments may eventually lead to the cancellation of your booking.
  • Respect All Co passengers/Trip captain/Driver – Any misbehaving with them will lead to the termination of your trip without any refund.
  • No refunds shall be made towards any inclusion(s) not availed by the Customer.
  • Travelers must take care of their luggage & belongings. The management shall not be accountable for missing items along the tour.
  • In case of any breakdown or in delay due to the breakdown of the transport on the way, you would have to wait until the transport gets repaired.
  • We are not responsible for any delays or alterations in the program due to traffic, road construction, or bad weather.
  • Seating in the traveller will be totally our call, failing to comply with our request will result in the cancellation of the trip of that person without any refund.
  • If, due to any unforeseen circumstances, such as Road blockage or Landslide, the trip gets extended for a day or two days, we will not be responsible for the trip extension cost which includes Transportation, Stay, Food, and other cost if any.
  • No drinking or smoking during the journey for the health and safety of all passengers.
  • Misconduct or indiscipline will not be tolerated — we aim to ensure a cordial, hassle-free travel experience.
  • We are not responsible for delays, changes, or expenses due to natural hazards, accidents, machinery breakdowns, weather, landslides, political closures, or other unforeseen incidents.
  • No travel insurance is provided; travelers bear costs for sickness, accidents, theft, or losses.
  • Itinerary changes may occur due to weather, road conditions, or participant fitness, prioritizing safety and comfort.
  • If a group member cancels without notice 48 hours before boarding, remaining members are responsible for their pending payment.
  • Air conditioning will be turned off in hilly areas and during winter (November–March).

  • Transportation from Delhi to Delhi by AC coach.
  • Accommodation for two nights in Hotel.
  • Meals ( 2 Breakfast, and 2 Dinner)
  • The Trip Captain will be present at all times during the trip.
  • All required Permits Driver Allowance, Toll Taxes and other state taxes.
  • Any extra meals apart from the ones mentioned under inclusions.
  • Travel Insurance, items of personal nature like porterage, tips, laundry etc.
  • Any entry fees, extra expenses for optional activities , room heaters or tickets, unless quoted in Inclusions.
  • Any other costing involved due to circumstances like natural calamity.
  • Weather conditions, riots, roadblocks, landslides or any other forced circumstances which are out of our control.
  • GST (5%) is applicable extra.
  • Anything which is not mentioned in the above inclusions.
